We at The Johnston Agency understand that having a claim is not a fun experience. We are here for you from beginning to end. In the event of an accident or loss, we recommend the following:

- Takes the steps necessary to prevent any further damage (for example, if a water pipe bursts, make sure to turn off the water).
- In the event of a motor vehicle accident or burglary, contact your local police.
- We, as your insurance agent, will file the claim with the company on your behalf.
- Wait for a company representative to contact you.
